Frederick VII / Wilhelm II – schnapps glass height approx. 8.3 cm

Frederik VII / Guillaume II from Holmegaard Glassworks was first listed in the 1853 catalog under the name Madeira glass, which was available in a plain and cut version.

The glass was originally called Guillaume II in Holmegaard's 1867 price list, the same as in Val St. Lambert's 1855 catalogue. The glass came to be known as Frederik the VII (Frederik the 7th) in everyday speech. The glass was discontinued before 1900.

The glasses have a baluster-shaped stem with a strong mulberry prunt toward the bowl and foot; the bowl is facet-cut.
