Ordering on Veirhanen.dk takes place online. You will receive an automatic confirmation of your order by email. You will also receive an email confirming the shipment. In addition, you will receive an invoice with the item.

Payment:
Veirhanen accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online.
Payment will not be deducted from your account until the physical item is shipped, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we capture or decline the payment.
The prices on the website are in DDK and include VAT, which is not deductible. However, newly manufactured items include 25 % VAT. If the items are newly manufactured, this will be indicated in the item description.

Delivery with PostNord:
Items weighing up to 20 kg are delivered by PostNord. Delivery will normally take place within 2-3 days unless otherwise stated. The price for delivery is to a parcel shop.
Delivery in Denmark:
Delivery of larger furniture DKK 500. If there is a discrepancy between distance and price, please contact us. If you live in an apartment building and would like help with carrying them upstairs, please contact us as well.

Right of withdrawal:
You have a 14-day right of return on all items purchased on Veirhanen's website.
Specially processed items are non-returnable.
The cost of any return of an item is borne by the buyer, as is ensuring that it is securely packaged. As the buyer, you are liable for the item arriving in the same condition as upon delivery.
Remember to notify us by email or phone if you wish to return an item, as other customers may be interested in the same item.
The item must in that case be sent to the address below. Items returned to a parcel shop and sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.

The money will normally be refunded no later than 7 days after Veirhanen receives the item.
Complaint:
Since our items are all old and used, they will almost always show signs of wear. We try as much as possible to describe any flaws and defects on an item, as well as photograph them. Remember that it is possible to zoom in on the photos on the website to see details and extra photos.
Customer information:
Your customer information will never be shared with a third party. When ordering, you will be asked to provide your name, address, phone number, and email address; this information is solely for the purpose of the order, i.e., for potential delivery and invoicing.
Reservation
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and for an item to be sold out due to technical or human error, even if it is stated as being in stock, as the items are also sold in our physical store. In addition, we reserve the right to correct errors in the measurements of the items, etc.
